We already know the date of the next Ale Kino! Festival.

It will take place from 6 to 12 December 2010.

We would like to thank all the people and institutions which helped us organise the 27th International Young Audience Film Festival Ale Kino! Your support made it possible for about ten thousand children and young people to see films from all over the world. We showed over 135 films from many countries.

We would like to thank also all the guests who came to Poznań this year. We are very glad you managed to find some time and visit Ale Kino! festival.

Last but not least, we wish to thank very cordially our audience. Thanks to you - the smallest and those a bit older film fans alike - the Festival has its unique and charming atmosphere.

We already know this year's Oscar nominees. They include The Secret of Kells, which was screened at the Ale Kino! Festival. The film's director is Tomm Moore from Northern Ireland. He also works as an illustrator of children's books and animator on numerous television and film productions. The Secret of Kells was his full-time debut. Congratulations!

It’s a very special football tournament! The players are: the organisers of the Festival dragged from behind their desks, computers and information piles; our special festival guests endowed with talents not only for film directing, who especially for this occasion are going to jump off the screen to the indoor football pitch.





Incredible film by Carlos Sorin takes us for a long journey from the deep countryside to modern world. It mixes reality with fantasy, dreams with brutal day to day life.





The "People for people" community foundation has been established in 1989. It deals with oncology problems, helps both the people suffering from cancer and their families, focusing on prevention and early diagnostics of cancer and support the oncology institutions. It combines its actions with cultural events. One of such events is the Friday screening of THE TICKET TO MOMBASA.
